Road Cycling – 

All routes are circular around the roads of Cannock, you will cycle in groups of around 10 and you will be following an FDC cycle leader. Every route has a mid-way break in Milford, where you will get a chance to refill water bottles.

To participate you will need to sign a waiver on the day confirming that you or the business you work for have appropriate liability insurance to cover you, and you must have a roadworthy bike and helmet.

  • 2 routes to choose from dependent on your ability – (S)hort /  (L)ong – Expect to be cycling for approximately 3 hours
  • Length approx. : 52km (S) /  72km (L)
  • Total climb approx. : 325m (S) / 591m (L)

Net-walking – 

You will be gently walking a circular route around the lanes of Cannock, finishing with a stroll around the Sailing Club’s lake. You will be split into small groups and follow an FDC leader. 

To participate you will need to sign a waiver on the day confirming that you or the business you work for have appropriate liability insurance to cover you, and you must wear appropriate walking footwear.

  • Length: 11km – expect to be walking for 2 hours
  • Total climb: 69m
