FDC backs private equity buy-out at leading TikTok agency
House of Marketers, which is based in London and works with some of the world’s leading brands, has secured backing from private equity investor, Ethos Partners. The funding will support the next phase of its growth, enabling it to focus on international expansion and invest in technology, data capabilities and broadening service lines.
House of Marketers was founded in 2020 by Inigo Rivero, who was one of TikTok’s first employees in Europe and helped build its partner network, and serial marketing entrepreneur Rohan Midha. It works with global brands to deliver creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms. The company serves more than 100 clients annually through a global network of over 250,000 influencers.
Over the last three years, House of Marketers has grown revenue by more than 50% per annum to almost eight figures and expanded its international client base. It now generates more than 95% of its revenues outside the UK, with 65% derived from Asia.
Frontier Development was investing from its Evolution fund.
