Duo appointed to Midlands IPF Board

The Midlands branch of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) has welcomed two new board members.
Eleanor Deeley is joint managing director of Deeley Group, the Coventry-based developer and contractor. Eleanor has worked in the Midlands property market for more than 25 years. She joined the family-owned firm in 2019, following stints at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
At Deeley, Eleanor has overseen growth resulting in a doubling in turnover in the last five years. As a spokeswoman for the property sector, Eleanor is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4’s Today programme and Radio 5’s Wake Up to Money.
Kieren Turner-Owen is an associate director in Frontier Development Capital’s (FDC) property team. He joined FDC in 2019 from HSBC’s corporate real estate team. Kieren has spent more than a decade advising property firms on investment and development finance.
The IPF Midlands branch was set up in March 2000 with just 25 members. It now boasts more than 200 members from the East and West Midlands. The organisation provides networking events – including a sell-out annual lunch and dinner – and a seminar programme.
IPF Midlands region chairman, Jonathan Devaney, said: “I look forward to working with Eleanor and Kieren as we continue to build our membership and deliver events designed to support networking and learning for the Midlands’ real estate community.”
