Masterfix, the multi-trade property maintenance company backed by Coniston, has secured a £3.3m funding package from Frontier Development Capital (‘FDC’). This investment provides Masterfix with further long-term funding to support their growth strategy.

Michael Calder, who led the transaction for Coniston, commented: “This marks a significant milestone in Masterfix’s journey as the business continues to expand its service offering to the residential property market. We are pleased to collaborate with FDC and support Masterfix’s ongoing growth.”

Charlie Robinson, who led the transaction for FDC, commented: “We are delighted to provide Masterfix with this funding package, and we look forward to strengthening our relationship with Coniston and the Masterfix team to support their development plans.”

Masterfix and Coniston were advised by Stephenson Harwood (Richard Coleman, Gary McArthur, Priya Dasani and Lucia Barretto). FDC were advised by Browne Jacobson (Emma Hinton, Roger Birchall, Tyler Isaac, Shaun McCabe) and Crowe (Dan Nixon, Monty Cann and Christos Omorphos).

This funding round follows a busy six months for Coniston which included the acquisition of Xcelerator Dental and  growth funding round for FMC and the acquisition of M2 by Equity Networks.
